- With partial shade it produces less flowers
- Do not water too much, even during summer
- Moderate fertilization required, starting not earlier than one month after transplant
- Being vigorous pruning is not required if placed in large beds or containers
- Possible parasites are white butterflies and more rarely mites (red spider mite)
- In summer it is loved by pollinating insects
